Extraction or remove teeth: Although, most of time, we want to save our teeth, however, there are times that extraction/pulling is unavoidable. most common cause is the tooth is excessive decayed, infection, cracked, crowding or due to periodontal disease, when the tooth becomes very loose due to loss of bone.  Sometimes, bone graft is placed into the socket to preserve the bone for future implant placement. After the extraction, it is important that post op instruction is followed.
